12-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Haul Star Rental, we prepare equipment in advance to ensure availability and reliability for every customer. To maintain fairness and scheduling efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
1. Free Cancellation (12+ Hours Notice)
Customers may cancel their reservation for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 12 Hours)
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in:

Forfeiture of the deposit or

A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental amount, whichever is greater.
This policy helps cover preparation time and lost booking opportunities.
3. No-Shows
If a customer does not arrive at the scheduled pickup time and has not provided notice:

The reservation will be canceled.

The full deposit will be forfeited.
4. Early Returns
No refunds will be issued for early returns once the rental period has begun.
5. Weather
Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to monitor forecasts prior to booking.
6. Management Discretion
Haul Star Rental reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions in cases involving emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
